If you need a warranty, please contact our service center. All our technicians have a wealth of knowledge. They have direct access to the production model and can perform some basic troubleshooting over the phone to solve many problems.

If the technician quickly determines that your problem needs to be solved, we will directly provide you with any parts needed for the operation. The average processing time from the first contact to the factory restoration is about 7 days.

If the local technician believes that the equipment cannot be repaired on site and is still within the warranty period, this situation rarely occurs. Even if you are still within the warranty period, we will bear 100% of the repair cost and use it for the next repair level repair, you will never open your wallet.
